Kubota x900 indicator lights

My dash indicator lights ( red pto switch light and green left/right arrows) are on. They came on simultaneously and stay on when running.
I am assuming the red one is pto light. It has a gear with a clockwise arrow at the bottom of the gear. I have a shop manual for this but it does not give any info on these lights.
Any help would be appreciated.

Extremely stiff 4x4 lever on trans

Can not shift into 4 wheel drive with the lever in the cab. Unhooked cable from lever and cable is free. The lever on trans is extremely stiff. I have not got it in 4 wheel drive. Looking for recommendations to try and free up lever.

RtV 900 won't move, metal in hyd. oil filter

New to group and new at working on Kubota. Got a RTV900 sent to us with supposedly bad rear end, won't move. Found shift fork out of place and fixed, still won't move? Drained hyd./transmission fluid. very little metal paste on magnetic drain plug. HST filter looked ok but the hyd. oil filter (suction side) was FULL of metal shavings! Is the transmission toast or should I look somewhere else? Main hyd. pump? I am going to put a new filter on it and try it ? Looks like a

RTV x1100c drops to 7mph on some hills

I love the longevity of the diesel but ...I'd most likely pull the trigger on the sidekick due to the speed difference. My x1100 bogs down to 7mph on to many hills around here. it makes it up but dang, I feel like I have to pedal or get out and push.

 I have a field of newly fall seeded alfalfa/grass that needs some attention. I though I had gotten rid of the pennycress, was wrong. Worked the heck out of the ground last fall to get it leveled up and seem to have germinated a new flush of the stuff. Any suggestions on what to use for a herbicide??   THANKS!!
