Hi. First time post and needing help. I have a 2016 RTV500 with 125 hours. While driving the other day, with no load on level ground it made a small metallic noise much like clipping a small tree with the snowplow blade. Then it just coated to a stop. No reverse, no forward. Changing the rear axle RTV X1100C

Trying to change the rear axle (CV Joint). I have a new one ordered and figured I might as well get started and remove the old one. I got the axle out, but there appears to be a piece still in the transmission that the inner cv joint went into. How do I remove this piece? Thanks for any help.

Temperature sensor’s Mahindra 3015

I recently bought an older Mahindra 3015 HST. I have not been able to find the exact year manufactured but believe it is 2004-2008.
I am trying to figure out what the two sensors are below the thermostat. From the parts schematics I have found online, one is a thermo switch and the other is gauge temp. Why are there 2 sensors? I know the lower one(gauge temp) sends to temperature gauge on the instrument panel, but what does the switch do?

No diesel to injectors

I just bought a Kubota 900rtv that previous owner stated that they killed it and then it would start. It has set about 2 years. I have replaced the fuel filter and I am getting fuel to the lift pump. I opened the bleeder valve on injector pump and have fuel coming out of it. I am not getting fuel to injectors at the injectors. Any ideas? Previous owner did state that they broke injectors at pump to try to bleed it. Heard rumors that might not be good? Fuel solenoid appears to be working...

Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

We had a pot luck at work and someone brought this. I think it's worth sharing. Very good.

Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

1 20 Oz package shredded hash brown potatoes
1 small can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 container of sour cream
1 stick of butter (melted)

Combine ingredients and dump into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Anybody use their RTV for recreational off road fun?

Most of the time my RTV is a work machine. Hauling firewood, rocks, dirt, and trailers seems more often than not. And it does a great job. If I get lucky once in a while I get to bring it to my brothers farm, about 54 acres, to give it a bit of a workout on some well groomed trails. But even there I'm limited to a couple of large loops, and small connector trails. Some of it is still wilderness and inaccessible.

Since 4 wheelers are prohibited in all public land where I live (Connecticut)...
