Broken bracket

I have a2014 x1100c rtv and every couple months the back muffler bracket breaks off . Any suggestions? Welding doesnt last longer. Was thinking of manufacturing a thicker sized bracket plate . Would it work?

Hey everyone, new to the forum. I have a 2555 with about 460 hours on it. I use it primarily for mowing with 6' rotary cutter. Put the cutter away and used loader a few times this winter. Went to hook up cutter this spring and 3 point winter lower or raise. It seems to have enough oil and the under seat valve is open. Dump bed sometimes does not stay down (2015 RTV x1000c)

I've been using the dump bed a lot cleaning up around the place. sometimes when I set something heavy on the tail gate the bed will start to rise. Other times the bed is locked in place and it does not budge when I set something heavy there.
So far I have not come up with what causes the bed to be free rather than locked down.
Has anyone else run into this minor issue?

today my x1100c decided to stop moving i have all my hydraulic steering and power dump but it won't move in any gear and makes a growl noise in the hst just when you give it throttle kind of sounds like something may be stripped spline or coupler on a shaft i could work on it myself if i knew were to begin also i've checked the oil in hst and its full any info would be great

Go for a trail ride and return home with a free load of maple and birch. They are logging 14 miles from my place so when I come home I throw a load of butt ends on.
Even makes it ride even nicer. I thought I was going to lose speed on the paved road section coming home but still did 25 MPH.

Could easily haul more but I had to still ride off road and through some deep washouts, so I didn't want any rolling through the back window.

RTV900 Crankshaft Seal

Hi All
Back in 2019 I posted about this same issue. To fix I replaced the crankshaft seal and PCV vent with OEM parts.
Two years later the drips on the garage floor started again and are becoming more noticeable.

Seems that if the engine oil level is maintained between the two holes on the dipstick the drips are minimal, compared to full.

Normally with beater equipment like this RTV I am not too picky.
But my 2010 BX tractor, with the similar engine, does not drip oil.

Insulate cab for noise???

Has anyone installed the sound deadening rubberized matting under the seat to try to kill the engine noise? I purchased several boxes of the mat but there are several access points under the seat that probably should not be covered.
Any recommendations as my wife says its too loud for her to ride in.

Road Dust Infiltrating Cab 2020 X1100C Kubota

Has anyone found a small commercial weather-stripping with an adhesive backing to supplement the Kubota factory door seals? We're dry and dusty so the dust is seeping through the openings around the door seals. I'm hoping to add to what Kubota put in place to stop it. The interior of my cab doors, dash, seat, and everything enclosed is coated in dust from the leakage. The unit is stored under cover so the sun is not a factor. Your suggestions are appreciated.

So last fall got the recall notice but told dealer I was holding off until spring So they called and were going to come to my house tomorrow, but when he told me what the "fix" is, I said don't bother.

Apparently the problem is, some people have had the mat curl up and get caught in the fuel pedal.

My JD 4240 Has hydrostatic PTO and PTO turns all the time. If you decide to Bush Hog you must Hook Up PTO before cranking the Tractor and PTO does not stop turning until you switch tractor off.

I have a 2005 John Deere 4120 ehydro 600 hours.

When I use an implement (tiller or brush hog), the implant stops spinning under load. Once I lift the implant from the ground it starts spinning again. I have the correct RPM running, engine never bogs down. I don't use this tractor often, and have had it for 10 years, never used to be like this.

Clutch problems with used TYM T254 tractor

Bought a used tractor with only 120 hours. However, after about 5 to 10 minutes of running tractor (after it warms up?) it starts grinding when it goes into gear. When this happens, when I push in the clutch it makes a chatter like it's making something spin and will grind if I try to put it in gear. Dealer said tractor sat for a while.
