Dimensions of 2004 - 10 Kubota RTV 900 Bench Seat

I am working on a custom home made side by side and need to build a bench seat for it. I can get the seat cover for a 2004 to 2010 RTV900 at a good price but need to know what the length and width of the upper and lower seat cushions are to confirm it will fit my project and to build the correct size backing boards to mount the cushions.

Purchased 4345 at auction and ordered manual and it has two 12 speeds, one 18 speed and a 24 speed listed. My tractor has 6 forward and 1 reverse with a high and low range. It doesn’t have the speed shifter button or medium range as far as I can tell. Does anyone have any information that would help. Thanks in advance.

X1100C AC & Front Fan Cycles too Often

My Kubota RTV cycles the AC compressor and front cooling fan very frequently (approximately every 8-10 seconds). It seems to me this would shorten the life of the AC compressor clutch and the front cooling fan. I replaced the temperature sensor in the thermostat housing plus the fan relay under the seat. Wasted my time and money cause it made no difference. My dealer tech and the Kubota rep said this is a built-in Kubota design. I'm wondering: Do any of you have this issue?

Intermittent wiper for X1100C?

The stock wiper is certainly adequate, but I would like to convert it to one that has some intermittent functions. This is especially helpful with light snow or after a snow storm when snow drips from the trees. Has anyone made such a conversion? Back in the 60’s I purchased such a kit from JC Whitney for my VW.

What Brand of Diesel Treatment Do You Use?

My neighbor scolded me for not using some kind of diesel treatment in the RTV, the BX and the 5 gal diesel cans.

I don't usually have to operate them in subzero weather but you never know.

He suggested "Howes Diesel Treat" but there are many others out there. Any of them better than that?

And is there one treatment that prevents winter gelling and that algae stuff that grows in diesel in the summer?

I have a 2007 RTV900 that was running fine. A friend gave it to me because he had 2 this one would bog down going up hill so I decided to change all the filters and change the oil. The RTV-XG850 Throttle Design Flaw - any Fixes?

As I wrote on TBN a few minutes ago:

I consider it a major safety issue, personally. I was ready and - I thought prepared - for it and I was still surprised by it. It is very easy to have an out of control forward or rearward acceleration with this thing. Furthermore, doing fine work - like spraying around buildings, trees etc. or moving it to service it on the rack - is extremely difficult and frustrating.

The check engine warning light on my Mahindra 5555 recently started winking at me. Can any of the fine members here tell me where to look for the scanner port so I can take a look at codes?

X series straight shifter upgrade kit

I have a x900 and came across this straight shifter upgrade kit. The part number is 77700 11119. Trying to find out why kabota made it and what improvement it does. Kabota calls it an "upgrade ". Not cheap at 200 dollars.. Anyone have information on it?? If it makes shifting easier may be worth it? Thanks

Well to start......I park my RTV in an open machinery shed since we are always using it. After I bought it I once found mouse poop in the storage tray under the seats. So I cleaned out and started leaving a bar of Irish Springs soap in there. No more problems. Plus it always smells good in cab now, LOL

Mahindra 105s def problems

I purchased a mahindra 105s mforce new in 2017 and since my purchase I've had nothing but problems with the def system the dealership worked on and throw parts at it. I have to regen almost every hour since new and only has 580hrs now warranty is out I'm told it's my problem. Has anyone had this issue? If so how did you fix it?

I am going to hook up a dome light on the RTV-X1120 that needs full time 12vdc. I know there are ready 12vdc "switched" connectors under the dash and near the battery.

Does anyone know if there is a ready 12vdc connector anywhere on the unit? My WSM did not show one. Hate to another wire to the battery if avoidable.

In case you're wondering why I need a direct 12volt connection, we need to find the ignition switch in the black of night, seemed like a dome light would come in handy.

I have a NH TD55D which I have owned for about 20 years. Runs very well but now has a likely fuel supply issue.
The tractor was low on diesel then started to lose power. Refueled and restarted but it now stalls after a couple of minutes at all rev levels. I have checked and partly drained the fuel water separator and also the fuel filter and then primed to remove any air. Checked and cleaned air filter. Trying to change the rear axle (CV Joint). I have a new one ordered and figured I might as well get started and remove the old one. I got the axle out, but there appears to be a piece still in the transmission that the inner cv joint went into. How do I remove this piece? Thanks for any help.
