Anyone know the power requirements for a 735 Moco center pivot discbine with flail conditioner?

Will 108 PTO HP  run it (1000PTO) ?

White Muscle Disease in Lamb

I've got a real nice 45lb ewe lamb, went stiff in the rear legs, then lame ( can't get up on rear legs). Diagnosings a bitch but all the symptoms point to White Muscle Disease. Remedy ... Bo-Se selenium supplement... There isn't any anywhere not even valley vet... so, alternative is Vit E. I gave her 7 caplets in a drench then 7 more in 3 days... still LAME.. Any of you sheep guys have any ideas

Stacking Smalls on a flat trailer

Anyone here stack small Bales the same way they stack big Bales on a trailer, stacking them all the same way long ways from front to back with a strap over each row. I have seen some guys that do that and it looks pretty easy and quick versus alternating every other layer

New sickle parts arrived

I got my new sickle parts today. The plan is to install and test Saturday and then cut Monday. The forecast is calling for late rain on Saturday. Hopefully it's not heavy and the field can dry out all day Sunday.

Vermeer 605M Netwrap issues....

We have a 2008 Vermeer 605M baler and we are having issues with the netwrap process.  Last year, we used it with no issues.  During the winter, we replaced the belts with a new set.  Now we are having issues with the net sticking to the belts in some places and eventually gets wrapped around the clean-out auger in the front above the pick-up.  It wraps around where the pieces of rubber belting are mounted and coincide with the shorter 522" belts.  We have sprinkled corn starch and baby powder on the roll of net and on the belts themselves.  This will help, nut no alleviate the problem.  Would a dull blade used to cut the net be the culprit?  We have noticed that on the dumped rolls that the net end you can see is kind of rolled up and does not lay flat on the roll of hay.  Our speculation is that the knife is dull and causing the net to not be cleanly cut and once it completes the netting cycle, the ragged end is snagged up or spit out the front enough for the auger can grab it and removes (2) 1 foot sections of net back off of the roll....in line where the rubber belt flaps are mounted on the auger.  If the knife is the culprit...do we replace the knife or try yo sharpen it somehow??  Any other ideas and feedback is welcome.  Thanks!
