Desperately seeking hay cutter/baler

I need to find someone who can cut and bale 20 acres of hay in Denver, CO. Must have their own equipment! Any ideas?

High speed disc

Got a chance to try a high speed disc last week on 5 acres. Pretty interesting for those of us in rocks as it’s like a rock flex on each disc instead of each gang. This one was a 4 m or 12 ft one set fairly shallow and the Kubota m6-141 couldn’t pull it up hill fast enough to work properly. I’d bet set deep it would need nearly 200 hp to run fast up hill.

Filling BR740A Bale density system

Can someone help me with the basic setup to refill a BR740A bale density system.  I've found a coupler 73163493 online but I hope it can be had for less than $71 or so.

 

I know close to nothing about these balers and am trying to help the neighbor put a new to him baler into service this year.  The neighbor is not real good with the web.

 

I'm figuring some type of hydraulic line needs to be put together to connect the tractor remotes to the baler along with a coupler to attach to the tee.  All the different types of hydraulic fittings are greek to me too.

Bale today or tomorrow?

I still don't have equipment but found a guy who would do it.  He started mowing Thursday afternoon.  Friday morning was drizzly but afternoon cleared, so mowed again.  Finished saturday morning.  saturday was clear and sunny and weatherman said rain wouldn't make it this far.  He was wrong.  2 inches Saturday night.  Too wet to get into field Sunday, but it was a hot day with no wind.  Dead still.  Today is clear with just a little wind.  He raked it into rows today, started about 11 am.  Now the question is bale today or wait?  Moisture reads a little over 15% with my hand held tester, if I am doing it right.  The hay on the bottom feels wet but the stuff on top feels dry.  He wants to bale and get it done so he can move on to the next job.

John Deere 435 baler monitor not alerting when almost full

Just bought a used, john deere 435 net wrap baler, the monitor isn't alerting when the baler is almost full, any ideas as to what would cause this or a fix for it?   Thank you!!

How to remove output shaft on NH 617 disc cutter gearbox

I'm attempting to help my neighbor. What's the secret to removing gearbox output shaft(key 26) on a 617 main gearbox? After removing nut what device is needed to get shaft to exit out the bottom of gear case?
