Broken bracket

I have a2014 x1100c rtv and every couple months the back muffler bracket breaks off . Any suggestions? Welding doesnt last longer. Was thinking of manufacturing a thicker sized bracket plate . Would it work?

Hey everyone, new to the forum. I have a 2555 with about 460 hours on it. I use it primarily for mowing with 6' rotary cutter. Put the cutter away and used loader a few times this winter. Went to hook up cutter this spring and 3 point winter lower or raise. It seems to have enough oil and the under seat valve is open. I opened the hydraulic oil fill port and it looks like a piece is sheered off. Can anyone send a picture of what the I side of their fill port? Wondering if fragments are...

Led light bar for roof of x1100

I broke my ankle last Sunday and have a bunch of time on my hands for the next 4-6 weeks. I’m thinking theres no better time than now to do some more tinkering on my buggy. What I’m wanting is to install some light bars on the front and rear of the roof of our buggy.
