Did anyone notice the attack tonight?

Around 9:46 this evening our server was hit with a massive DDos (Denial of Service) attack. A coordinated effort by someone controlling a lot of bots.
It could have been in frustration due our diligence in keeping most spammers off the site. Or it could have been completely random by someone picking IP addresses and trying to bring them down. Last time this happened I was with a different ISP and we were down for over 12 hours. The current ISP is fantastic. So happy with them...

Good evening
I was browsing around and saw a valve for the hst Kubota RTV that is supposed to eliminate the lurching stop when you let off the pedal. I don't mind it with my L3200 but it is a bit annoying on a side by side. Has anyone tried it? It sounds easy to install but how snake oily is it? I surely don't want to damage my expensive new toy.

Speed issue-again

My RTC 1100C has been slow since purchased brand spanking new. When purchased, the dealer installed a factory 2" lift kit and 31 inch tires.
On flat ground, it would struggle to hit 20 MPH. Going up the long slows sloping driveway, it slowed down to 13-14 mph.
Took it back, they said nothing could be done.
Took it back again-nothing could be done. Decided to just live with it.
Got a recall the other day and took it in for that and asked them to check it for speed while they have it.

I finally got to widening the barn door today. I went from 7' 6" to 11' 8" Now I can drive the kubotas in and out without having to shuffle them around. I had an extra 4' door so I added it. This will make it a lot easier to back the 1100 in with the snow blade on.

I have an L48 Kubota tractor, when I go to start it the glow plug lamp comes on, wait a few seconds and she fires right up, and the lamp goes out …..however twenty minutes later while working it the lamp will come on again for 30-60 seconds and go out….this repeats at odd intervals while working? So is it a bad air temperature intake sensor or the relay or???

2016 RTV X1100c replacement battery

Been off work for a bobo last 3 months and it's likely when I get to work tomorrow evening the battery will be dead. Anyone have a a real world part number for this battery so I try and find one before hand. Best I have come up with is Group 24F but can not verify. Thanks.

early Gator Turf rear axle removal

vin: VGOTURF016783 Anyone know the trick to removing rear axle to replace bearing & seal? I see internal snap rings in the image but how would you get to them with axle flange in the way? Then I guess a slide hammer to pull the axle with bearing? Or out of the bearing? I guess I could take a plasma cutter & enlarge the brake plate mounting access hole but I shouldn't have to do that.

RTVx1100c Transmission Issue

I purchased a used 2017 Kubota RTV x1100c with about 300 hours. I changed all fluids and filters using the Kubota Hydraulic Fluid. It ran fine for about a year. Then, as I was heading home the trans was slipping. After parking it, I checked all fluid levels. When I tried to engage the transmission it now makes a noise and vibrates. There are no leaks and am hoping this is a minor fix since the transmission has so few hours.

Whoops oil put in transmission

My associate was "changing the engine oil"; accidentally put 1 gal of engine oil into transmission filler plug. Engine was never started. We drained the transmission and replaced both filters and refilled with transmission oil. Am I safe by draining overnight and refilling or do I need to have the unit flushed?

While riding with my son along our trail to the boat docks he spotted this snake. Camouflaged and very hard to see. Once he pointed him out to me we backed up and looked closer. Looks like a copperhead. Kill it if we can. Surprisingly it did not move quickly out of the way the first time the knobby tires ran over it. Stop Solenoid Replacement

If you have ever had your diesel engine just turn over but not crank, it could be the stop solenoid. You can usually hear it click about 10 seconds after you turn the machine off but if it's not up to snuff, it won't be in position net time when you try to crank the RTV. Pros:
- cheap at $15 from amazon
- easy install with adhesive backing
- decent air movement
- reasonably quiet
- cord is just the right length

Cons:
- on/off switch is hard to reach and feels flimsy. My solution here is to turn the switch to high and leave it there and then control on/off with the power plug. Power plug stowes easily in the glove box for transport.
- If the fan motor ever fails, I suspect that the adhesive tape will leave a mess

Changing power steering hoses to the cylinder 230 1980?

I have removed some of the tractor sheet metal trying to get to the “steering” head - Does anyone know if it will help or necessary to remove the steering wheel to do the repair? I have the difficult to find hoses in route to me - no instructions on line that I can find and no instructions in manual.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I’m new to this forum and trying to find my way around.

This is my first tractor, its a massey ferguson 2210. It has a bucket on the front, and I am having a few issues.
- the bucket tilts and lowers just fine, but it will not pick up very much weight, probly 10 shovel fulls, and it is very slow to lift.
it is not low on fluid, but is there a hyd filter? and where is it located.

Hi, I priced Mahindra 3316 and 3535 today. (posted on mahindra forum here) I was offered a Kioti ck35 with loader for midd 15's. It looks like a really nice machine and has a suspension seat , with detachable loader.. What do ya'll think of this one . 5 grand cheaper that the 3535 makes me like it a lot and it has ag tires which I need... Looking for transmission parts and have been unsuccessful. We had an issue with it moving forward in 2 WD so we pulled the transmission out. The Bearing for the pinion gear was completely gone and egged out the hold for the bearing, not sure its repairable, so I am looking for either the front cover that mounts to the bellhousing, a whole case or a whole transmission.
