I am currently trying to get low speed vehicle license plates for my Kubota RTV-X-1100 and I think I might have run into a snag. One of the requirements is to have a AS-1 or AS-4 windshield. My early serial number X1100 has an AS-2 windshield. AS-2 is the only thing that might disqualify my 1100 from being able to get Low Speed Plates.
