Speakers rattling in RTV x1100c

I put a basic radio in my RTV x1100c and hooked it to the built in speakers hidden in the headliner. I had it at max volume when cab noise was loud. Still could barely hear the radio but now it appears I've blow those speakers.

What size speakers are in there and how hard is it to change them?
