Planted about 4 ac of teff in a field that a neighbor had corn in last year....Too bad he let more fall on the ground than in his gravity wagon.....that left me with areas that are covered with volunteer corn. It is growing thick in small areas. My question is, can I mow this corn at a certain stage, before the teff gets too high, and kill the corn? If not what would be the best way to kill the corn?
