Thinking of buying a new tedder

Thinking it's time for a new tedder. Looking at a new kunn 10802. Do the smaller rotors do a better job as claimed, and will this tedder also do long pre-cut rye straw. I have a Vermeer TE32 and a 75T claas now. Probably will trade the class. Vermeer will not do long rye straw
