Well I tore into my 575 today. I called the NH dealer to pull the plunger and change bearings and guide rails. I was told around $2000 or so. So me being me I opened it up, Had the plunger on the ground in less than 20 min. Bearings and new rails in, plunger back in all in less than 2 hr. I guess I am in the wrong line of work. I think there where 20 bolts or so. All broke loose no problem fast and easy. Now I am making GOOD SQUARE bales.
