Wondering about a slip clutch on Vermeer baler

I was baling yesterday , it was at the end of the day, the sun was low and back glass dirty.

I noticed after I had made the turn for another windrow, my belts not turning.

I have a 5410 Rebel baler, it hates short hay. I had to dump the bale and start over, no problem.

My question is, what damage could be or is done by running a little to long with the clutch slipping?
