Case ih RBX 562 baler good or junk?

Looking for a round baler and ran across a case 562 are they any good? It’s a twine only but it’ll work for me. I like the idea of a 5x6 bale makes feeding cattle easy. Is it possible to convert it from 1000 to 540? I don’t have 1000 and don’t want to invest into that kit.
