Got a 2007 RTV900 that the fuel gauge was erratic. Kept indicating that the tank was full when it was not. Gauge would read empty with the key off but immediately go to full when key on. It also moved back and forth sometimes at idle. Suspected the fuel sensor after reading several posts here but decided to check all connections. Disconnected the two wires on the sending unit top - cleaned contacts with a wire brush and a shot of "Dexoit" contact cleaner - - put all back together and...
