Deere 467 bale size and shape monitor readings

Deere 467- another question, my baler is empty, the monitor shows two bars on the left side and 23". Do i need to recalibrate the bale sensors? The left side originally had 8 bars and the right had 4 and it read 23.5. I pushed on the belts near the sensor and got the right to go to zero and the left is is showing two bars and now it shows 23". Again this is all new to me, just trying to figure this thing out.

I thought i was supposed to see zero bars and the size should read ---------- when empty. Thanks for your alls knowledge.
