Rotary mower Foam filled aircraft tires

Would foam filled tires make ride noticeably more harsh on a bush hog than basic air filled aircraft tires?

Also, if you run a foam filled aircraft tire, are you happy with them?



It's an option I'm looking at and wanted to get feedback on. Seems like no flats would be very nice.
