Vermeer 504 super i

My uncle gave me this baler it's got new belts and wipers and pickup teeth it's in great shape. Yesterday I baler a 5x4 out of it but right as it was getting done one of the lacing on the big belt was coming apart I got it tied and it came out fine nice tight bale. So put new lacing in and adjusted the belt tracking so I go to bale and it was doing fine until I open it up to let it out but ow was wedge in the baler and wouldn't come out so I had to pull it apart to get it out (the hay) and tryed again on a diff ww but it did it again big bale just wedge in. Like I said it did fine the day before. Anybody have any suggestions
