Help identify running gear

I purchased this hay wagon a couple years ago a d decided to replace the deck on it. It seems to have been modified some so I was wanting to look up how it was originally set up. There are no tags on the gear so I am not able to identify who made this gear. I was wondering if anyone could help identify who made this running gear. Thanks for the assistance.
