Hay making start up

Hello, just recently came into a lot of money. My wife and I own a horse barn and cattle. I've been looking into and saving money for the ability to start making our own hay. We currently have 200 acres of hay land with the ability to double/triple that. Know I'm just looking for suggestion on equipment I should be looking at getting? I'm hoping to get used stuff and pay all cash for it. Right now I have budgeted about 100k for start-up. I've been making hay for the last 5 years with people around where I live but want more input from you guys!
