I'm thinking about raising around 130 acres of small square bales of alfalfa hay. How difficult is it to get started with this? Most importantly, how hard is it to find buyers for this much hay? Can it be done by just advertising on the internet and contacting potential buyers? Is it a fairly profitable business? Any info would be great.
