NH BR7060 bale size

Hello I just had a quick question about my new to me Br7060. I have the baler set to make the largest bale possible and after rolling some a few days ago I checked them and they are between 54 and 55 inches tall. I thought the baler would make 60" bales. Is there a problem that the baler won't do what it is advertised to do. Any help would be appreciated.
