Hesston 4760 - plunger overload

Anyone have any way I can troubleshoot this problem? When I check the monitor both left and right load bars are reading the same around -65000. It's a pretty consistent fault in dry straw and in hay. Local shop recommend replacing both load bars at $1500 a piece.
