Great Plains No til drill help

Hey Guys. I have a GP No-til. I think its a late 90's version 7ft. The slip clutch that engages the seed drive is not working. The arm moves when I lower it but it is not turning the chain to put out seed. The wheel engages and turns the 1st chain. It looks like the clutch is turn wrong. Its been working. I put in about 7 acres and it quit. Trying to get the oats in. Any help would be appreciated.
