New Holland BR750

Hi all, I was helping my dad get the bailer up and running today and after I left he started bailing and said that it would never try to wrap. It is a new holland BR750. He whent well over the size it is set for and it never kicked on. Any ideas on what we could be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. We bought this bailer used last year and were able to make a few bails. Thank you all
