Vermeer 501L Bailer

Getting an error code E51 RETRCT GND / OP on Accu-Bale Baler Controller. It's the first time using twine on this bailer. It's saying the acuator is open but it's not. Tried to get the monitor go to manual or back to wrap but it just keeps saying the same reading. Any suggestions?
