I just bought a 1997 Vermeer 605k with net wrap. looking for any advise or tips from people who have had this baler. should be a big upgrade from my old NH chainer.
i Noticed the bale kicker is missing, the cylynder is there, i wonder if the previous owner didnt bend it and then just take it off. What advantage is the kicker? should i fab one back on or forget it?
I paid 5000 for it on online auction without knowing how many bales have been throught it, pretty stupid of me but i got lucky, pugged the monitor in and is only has 2338 total bales! it has some sheet metal damage and on rear and some welding around the hinge pins i wonder if somebody backed into a bale with it. dad thinks a barn collapsed on it lol
