New 9032 kuhn rake vs Claas 750

I'm in the process of buying a new rake. I'm looking at the Claas 750 and the Kuhn 9032. I'm favouring the Kuhn over the Claas for one reason only,, it has a 13 ft rotor vs 11.5 ft rotor on the Claas. I was told by a farmer that the other style of twin rotor side delivery rakes , put the hay from the first rotor on hay that's not raked ? This applies only when making two windrows ?
