What to seed into grass?

I have a155 ac field that is 60% grass, 10% alfalfa, and 30% dandilion. Going to spray out the dandilions and of course, will kill the alfalfa.
What should I no-till into the grass that would get me somewhere close to the tonnage of alfalfa.
Need something to bale for the cows this winter. I also have a pivot on the field, so that gives me even more choices.
