I recently bought a New Holland 479 haybine. Tonight I attempted to get it from transport poistion to cutting position. The pin pulls out and the arm swung about one to two inches at the pivot and then got stuck. Can't get it to move either direction. Tried backing up and going foward, both with the unit up and down. Any suggestions?
