Inline Baler Parts Sources

samedi 29 février 2020

Some of you may have seen up the the chat box that I recently acquired a 2019 Massy 1838 inline square baler. Finally got to check the machine out in person. Machine is sharp, clean and straight. Its a base model baler. No hydraulic tension of header lift. No gauge wheels on the pickup.  I forgot to take pictures of the machine.

I was told the machine was "totaled" because it ate a rock, however we don't think that's the case. It appears the plunger bearing that is on the long plunger support got loose. The bearing moved around in its hole for a while letting the plunger rock around. The long plunger bar finally broke off the plunger, jammed in the chamber and broke off a mounting bracket. In all honestly It didn't do that much damage and should be a pretty easy fix.

I am now looking for a used plunger. It appears any of the 14" x 18" inline balers marketed under Hesston/New Idea/Agco/Massey/Challenger would work. I googled every combination I could come up with and have yet to find an inline baler in a salvage yard.

Anybody able to point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Mike

Will a Massy 7624 match well with a krone ecb1000 cr collect?

Hey guys new to the forum and could use some help and advice.  Would a Massy 7624 match up well with a ECB 1000 collect? the tractor has 710/70R38 on rear and 600/65r28 on the front for rubber.  Is this tractor big enough to run the triple mower in heavy winter forage? Also you guys that are familiar with the triple mower how do they work with laying alfalfa down? This unit has rubber conditioners on it, do they crimp well and lay the alfalfa out nice.  Around here guys run sickle swathers for alfalfa and use disc heads for winter forage.  They say the sickle swather you get a cleaner cut and a better spread for drying.  Also wondering if I could run a steamer and big baler with the tractor.  I know some guys love and hate the steamer but it makes sense to me and dew can be hard some time out here in the summer and we end up baling some very dry stuff.  I would be doing this all custom work trying to get a business going so the more work I could get out of the tractor would help.  There is a overlap with winter forage and alfalfa baling and if everything would work out I guess you would be switching back and forth between the triple mower and baler but that is what I would have to do to make this work.  I'm starting from scratch and am trying to drum up some interest and work. Thanks for any impute good or bad.  Maybe a different tractor would be better but I found this one which isn't close by but I can get it trucked in.  I like the Fendt tractors as well and I have pretty good dealer support with all major tractor companies in a 20 mile radius, also thinking about a krone or massy hi speed/hi density balers and a staheli west steamer which I know is pricey and heavy. Maybe just a pipe dream but you never know.  Thanks guys

Scott

Wheel Line Irrigation

jeudi 27 février 2020

Hey everyone,

So I need to get some insight on wheel line irrigation. I am a new assistant manager on a cattle ranch. I do not have much experience with moving alot of wheel lines and need some insight with our current operation. We raise our own hay and have about 1000 acres of irrigated ground. About 300 of that is our main hay ground. We currently have about 15-17 wheel lines on those 300 acres. The land runs along a creek and has a slew which cuts through the middle of most of this ground, these two things make it very difficult to have long wheel lines and most of the fields are odd shaped. This also means your always adding and dropping wheels. We have a really hard time keeping guys around that want to work as the irrigation hand. We usually employee one man to be the main irrigator at this site and then have some extra part time help. I feel that there are some things we could do to be more efficient but I think this position is really hard on guys and they seem to burn out or become overwhelmed by it. It seems simple enough but I dont have the experience to be a good judge of whether or not this is too much work for 1-2 guys. Also does anyone have anymore advice on hiring and also training irrigators? Thanks for your time.

Hi, New guy just bought a used 2018 RTV x1100C and it's not the biggest deal but I am wondering if it's possible to change the odometer and speedo to Metric. I can see that it's on the LCD screen so it should be possible just not sure how to do it. I checked the owners manual and I didn't see any information on it.

What summer annual would do good in north alabama?

I got 3 fields that i have been disking on since fall. They are hay fields not pasture. I really want to plant something now and disk it up in the fall and then plant fescue/orchard grass. I dont want to plant sudax or sudan grass. I have plenty of grabgrass already. I was thinking of summer oats. What would you plant to make good hay?

Blackwater Evolutions Tire Pressure

lundi 24 février 2020

I have been running about 18lbs in my blackwater evolutions tires on my
1120D. It had always been just about right when running it unloaded. Of course I would air up if I had to haul gravel, mulch, heavy plant material or soil.

Following my recent service visit, the Kubota tech "corrected" the tire pressure and I wondered what that meant. These are rated at max 34psi cold.

The tires were filled to 24psi and exactly the same on each tire.

But I had noticed the RTV was not plowing through mud the same way - more wheel spin. You wouldn't think that 6 pounds more air would produce a noticeable change. But that is why I finally got around to checking it.

Where do you run your evolutions when not loaded?

Kubota BV4580

samedi 22 février 2020

My dealer has a few of these at a good price.

The design nods more to NH than to JD

From a design point of view the intake is exactly how I would design one - a stuffer on the bottom and one overhead also. I can't imagine ever getting a plug (and if so, can't imagine ever unplugging it..lol) - and the pickup drive chains look military issue. Overkill actually -the turns look a bit too tight.

Literature suggests is designed for 1800 pound bales and also has a few of the rollers with scrapers.

I like the overhead twine bars but the mechanical contraption to move the arms and/or feed wrap looks like a dogs breakfast.

Used for sale units are 2k bale count or under... are those dealer demo units or are farmers selling them after one year?

Has anyone had one of these and can comment on recurrent problems and adjystment isdue, and speed of parts delivery?

What herbicide can i use on ryegrass/wheat hay field.

I live in North Alabama. I planted ryegrass and wheat last fall. I am gonna cut it for hay. It has some broadleaf weeds in it. Last year i had the same mix planted. I used 2-4d on it and killed almost all of my wheat. I dont want to do that again. What if anything can i use on it?

Best place to get Great Plains drill parts

We're needing a few parts for a Great Plains Solid Stand drill.  I've found places with aftermarket coulters, bearings, etc. but none of the things we need.  Since these will be OEM and talking with Great Plains rep at National Farm Machinery Show learned that probably will need the dealer to search in "vintage" parts.  No local dealers that are going to be familiar with these drills so parts will have to come from elsewhere.  So, anybody have a place they recommend?

Had a first already with the drill.  There were a few seed left in it when we got it and a mouse got in the seed box and ATE PART OF THE FLUTES OFF A SEED CUP!  Jeff thought the nylon seed cups would be good but fairly certain the varmit wouldn't have done that to metal ones.   Yes, the seed boxes have now been vacuumed, a mouse trap set, some decon put in seed box, and the cat told she needs to be on duty.

Thanks,

Shelia

Howdy

It seems like starting over is the most appropriate way to begin this thread. As you can see by the stats, it's been a long time since I've been here. That wasn't the intention, but life happens. Funny, I noted that in my last post here back in '13. 7 years, crazy huh? Well, hoping it's a lucky 7!! To the long timers (notice I didn't say old...lol) I've thought of you guys often. Since I was here last, the career has taken many turns, life in the city, life on the road, no time with the equipment, a couple of moves and adopted our (now) 5/9 yo grandsons. Over time, I'll share some about the journey. At the moment, we are now about to close on a 4.25 ac property that we are going to use get us away from working for the man. Yep... Finally going to get to do some of what we have always wanted. Back to the farm and back to the tractor. For the moment, suffice it to say, we are getting into the world of Spin Farming. I'll tell more about that too over time. Right now, I can't tell you how overwhelmed I am about being able to dive into the deep end with the brain trust here.

Glad you're still here, excited to be back.

Rhino Flexwing 2150

Well I hope it wasn't a mistake. I just purchased a 2018 Rhino 2150 15' flexwing mower. I like everything I see and hear on the mower so far. I checked and found that Rhino and Bush hog are both owned by the same parent company. The Rhino site says the mower has a 6 year parts warranty on the gearboxes. Where I purchased the mower from is not a Rhino dealer and the dealer nearest me was zero help with trying to transfer the warranty. Has anyone out there done this or can give information on how to do it? I do not see a way on their website.

Thoughts on Rhino good or bad would be appreciated.

Pasturegard and Night time lows

The rep for pasturegard says you need three straight nights with lows in the high 40s or better for it to work.  the long range forecast looks like March is going to be colder than normal and no warm stretches with mild night time temps.  Anyone had any success using it on OG with colder than recommended night time temps?  It's just too expensive to use and not have it work.  Thanks for any input.  It was mild enough in Jan that I could have sprayed then if I thought about it. :(   Speedwell is starting to bloom here and og and fescue seem to be breaking dormancy.  Guess they are going to get a rude awakening if the forecast is correct.

Towing & Fuel Pump

Last night the RTV just up and died with no warning. Luckily I was only 50' from the shop and on pavement. I was able to push the RTV to the shop door but not over the threshold by myself. But it got me thinking about towing. If I had been on the other end of the property and this happened, would/could I damage the transmission in the RTV if I had to drag it back to the shop with the tractor for a distance?

As for why the RTV died and will not restart, it appears to be the fuel pump from the limited diagnostics I have been able to do so far. When I crank on it, it appears to be a fuel starvation issue/lack of fuel that is keep the RTV from firing up. Fuel tank is full. Same fuel as in tractor and no problems with tractor and have burned more of this batch of fuel thru the tractor. Fuel filter bowl is full and not cloudy. Filter is clean and only has 5~7 hours on it. Of course it was getting dark, the ground was wet, so I opted not to crawl under the RTV last night. Of course it started raining before dawn this morning. My assistant helped me push the RTV in the shop this morning. Will let it dry out/off and finish diagnostics this evening. Question: how hard is it to get to the fuel pump? Assuming it is on the bottom/front of the motor. So will have to drop the skid plates for access.

I have read the "sticky" fuel pump thread (after I was already leaning towards this being a fuel pump issue). I ordered a low pressure fuel pump off Amazon just to be safe. My Kubota dealer is an hour away each direction. So if further diagnostics still points toward fuel pump I will have it on the way. If not send it back.

So insight on towing (for future reference) and fuel pump access is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Control Rye grass in Tifton 85

lundi 17 février 2020

I have a 12 acre Tifton 85 patch that has some volunteer Italian Rye grass coming up in it.  I rode thru the patch yesterday checking on my Tifton and it is just starting to green up.  I couldn't say for sure if some of it really went dormant.  I had planned on spraying it with roundup thinking the Tifton was dormant and would not be affected in order to clean it up.  Would any of you know what I could spray it with now to kill the Italian rye grass but not harm my Tifton, or have any suggestions regarding this?  I square bale this patch and sell the hay is the reason I am trying to keep as clean as I can even on a first cut.

Thanks,

Jason

How are you doing?

Seems to be a dog

Let me start by saying I purchased my RTV 1100C for farm use and never wanted a race car.

So here goes...

My RTV is two years old and has about 30 hours on it. Been real busy and don't get to use it enough. When I drive up the lane, about one mile long and a slight incline, the unit starts out around 18 MPH and slows gradually to 14 MPH.
I took it to the dealer and they said they adjusted the squash plates. Now you have to push the accelerator half way down to get it to move. Also the idle RPM is much higher than it was. As a final insult, when I got it back from service, they DOUBLED the hours on my machine. It also tops out at 18 MPH on flat ground.
I took it back again and they said it is normal operation and if I want it to go faster up the hill, I need to let off the accelerator to let the engine spool up. My foot is on the floor and when I let off, it slows down, not speeds up.
What is the thoughts from this group on the next course of action? I think speaking with a factory rep would be helpful as the dealers here are all the same owner.

Doug

P.S.
I still love my machine and it will still be awesome at 18 MPH, I would just ;like it to go the advertised 25 when on the blacktop.

Prowell H20 what works best 1 or 2 applications?

samedi 15 février 2020

I have been using prowell H20 the past few years on my hybrid Bermuda fields at a rate of 1 gallon a acre mixed with glyphosate before green up ln ate February here. Overall it has worked ok but I still have some issues with crabgrass and signal grass so I was thinking about trying 2 applications this year the 1st like always but using 2 quarts a acre mixed with glyphosate and then weight about a mount or so and do a 2nd application of 2 quarts a acre and see if I get better results. What has worked best for you guys using it?

Safety Equipment Is Dangerous

Just came in from working on hooking a remote control actuator on my 3 point broadcast spreader and I'm going to rant a little.

This is the first time I used a PTO driven piece of equipment on this particular tractor because I just bought it back in December.

The PTO safety shield is so poorly designed that it is dangerous.  I simply could not get the PTO coupler on because I couldn't get my hand inside the safety shield to hold the button in while I slipped it on.

I ended up smashing my hand and cutting my thumb trying to get hooked up.  I did a safety-shield-ectomy and took the SOB off--problem solved.

Rant over (for the moment).

Round baler bale count

I’m in the market for a used round baler, specifically I’ve been looking at the JD 458. My question is, is there anyway to verify the bale count on the baler? Obviously the condition vs number of bales showing on the monitor. I saw a baler 2009 monitor shows 5000 bales seems like a low bale count for the age. . Am I missing something is there anyway to know that the monitor hasn’t been replaced? Thanks

Straw

Hello Everyone

I have small squares of long stemmed cereal rye straw for sale. Had a call last night from someone looking for oats straw. We have put up both rye and winter wheat straw in the past. Even tried rebaling some from rounds to squares, train wreck. Quickly found that it is better to put in the correct package the first time round. Also bought some rounds that were full of musk thistles.

Question is: What are the differences between wheat, oats, barley and or rye. Which will sell the best and is the easiest to put up?

Thanks Chuck :D

Flail Mowers/Tall grass/Belts Slipping

I have an OLD ford 3 point flail mower that I picked up for mowing field edges and roadsides. I like how a flail will cut clean and low. My problem is mowing tall first cutting grass along the field edge. The mower is about 72" wide and I have it on the Case IH 685 (65HP)

In tall grass I constantly have issues with the dual v belt on the mower slipping. This mower has a solid takeup not a spring loaded one like some models. The tractor doesnt load down at all really, the belts just slip.

Anyone have a flail that can handle 65 hp and give the tractor a workout? I was thinking of converting it to a rollerchain drive like our old NI 270 cutditioner.

I cant imagine the alamo roundside mowers have this problem. If they did road crews would junk them quick.

Any thoughts?

Off-Topic: Anyone Use a Grapple?

I posted this over on the Kubota tractor site but no responses.

I have a BX2230 and will be adding a LA211 loader and bucket.

I am also planning to add a grapple. I was all set on the land pride 48" unit (naturally) recommended by my Kubota dealer.

Then I read about the Wicked 48 grapple. I know it is more expensive but seems to be heavier duty and has teeth ground into the tines which would seem to limit rotation of whatever you have ahold of.

Anyone have any experience with these?

Thanks

Firstly, apologies. The topic has been brought up thousands of times on hundreds of forums. Raking patterns used. Usually there isn’t a problem for me as it’s doubled windrow. Single rotary rake and small square baler. However a man has asked me to cut his grass hay. It is well over 4ft high and so thick I won’t be able to double windrow as my baler would choke. This also wouldn’t be a problem if I had a tedder, however I lack that equipment so I always rake twice to dry any hay I do. It’s normally rake the next afternoon then rake the day after that normally before I bale. Seems to work for my grass hay and dry quite evenly. (I haven’t quite mastered the whole flipping windrows with a rake yet but it seems to tear it apart and restack it. Think I’ve read something about driving to the left on the windrow vs the right does different things). If I go round and round I don’t think I’ll have the room to rake it back the other way. Also single rowing it will be close to get the baler in between windrows. Look forward to any tips on patterns for a small square baler for a relatively new hayer.

Average Weight of 3x4x8 ft Alfalfa Bale

Came across some Western alfalfa bales that are 3x4x8 ft for $370. Trying to gauge what this would come out to for a normal square bale. Thanks!

Preservatives on grass hay work?

First I would like to thank the inventor of hay talk, hats off to you ma'am and/of sir singular or plural .Second all the awesome members contributing, hats off as well,I have enjoyed hrs upon hrs of threads.I practically live, breath, and die for haying. You can take the farm boy off the farm, put'em in the mechanic shop for 35yrs and he will still want to put up forage on July 4th on even the hottest of holiday. My ? For you is using additives with plain ole' wild grass hay here in sw man? Last 2yrs have been very wet,and I would love to be able to bale a little quicker, longer, just when it's a little tough around that 20% moisture...my 4040 with 567 starts to grunt a little, then it's too wet.Just for that hay that not quite dry when you feel it.When the hay is about right for small squares but to wet for rolling if that makes since.Drying conditions have been terrible last 3yrs.Idid buy a small discbine with flail by krone, and was thinking homemade applicator out of stuff laying around here.wouldnt mind increasing the desire ability to my customers.i always like putting it up with as much color as possible to have higher sugar, protein, and carbs. From what I have found on this subject I'm confused.Legumes only, and only anhydrous for grass??? Thanks for reading and please if you can turn the light on for me :)

A Powerpoint for Alfalfa growers

Here's a PowerPoint presentation from now retired forage superstar Dan Undersander from UW-Madison addressing alfalfa management, quality and value maintained or lost via management.  Not a cumbersome read but good takeaway points to consider.  Probably stuff you know but always good to reinforce as well as have the info available to some who may not have seen this sort of data.

Gday guys. Quick one for the NH square owners. Could anybody tell me the thread size of the grease nipples on the bill hook pinion shaft? Sure they would be imperial but look too small to be 1/8”.

Welding Web is down

Hey Doc,

Welding Web - a discussion forum similar to here and also running on VB, has been down for a few days. Speculation is that it may have been dropped by the new owner of its parent corporation.

There might be an opportunity here for you, or someone, to buy and operate it.

New supplemental label for Grazon in VA

Had the spray contractor out for scouting winter annuals yesterday and he told me there is word of a possible supplemental label for grazon in VA that would get rid of the restriction on moving hay off treated areas for 18 mos.  Just curious, has anyone gotten wind of this?  I did  an internet search  and got nothing but I suspect it would not be there until announced and the information i was given was that it might be announced in the next month.

Going to a technical meeting next thursday with a rep from that company and we should get some clarification at that meeting.    Sure would be nice to be able to use it.   :D

Pasture/Feed Lot Reparation

mardi 4 février 2020

I live in middle TN where we raise two cattle heards of about 40 head each. I carried a smaller group through the winter on a 5 acre field/feed lot that is pretty torn up and needs re-seeding. The ground is torn up enough not to need cutlivating so I plan to over seed and chain harrow. I will also have to leave some cattle in the field. What seed would you suggest broadcasting and when would you do it for my area? The ground tested good last year and I will fertilize in March or April weather permitting.

I know this is a general question but hope it is enough information to work with.

Thanks for any advise.

Pasture/Feed Lot Reparation

Thinking ahead

It sounds like many smaller cattle or dairy operations will make an Exodus In one way or another. Some of these will be my hay customers. How one goes about selling hay to these larger farms Is a question I would have ? I am wondering if anyone has experience selling to the Mega dairies.? I would guess the traditional hay selling methods will be a thing of the past??

Herbicide for Timothy

lundi 3 février 2020

Last year was the first year we tried some timothy and was overall satisfied with the results and our ability to sell it locally.  I broadcast that field which gave me an uneven stand in places where the annual weed (henbit, shepherd purse,  or bedstraw) thrived in the spring.  I never sprayed the field.  Wasn't really a big deal as I cut and baled the best parts of the field and skipped the worst.  This year I planted another field using a no-till drill from the local NRCS office and have a much more even stand.  If I can spray this new first year stand of timothy in the spring just to keep it as clean as I can, I would like too, and am curious on what my options might be?

Couple things to note.  I use the timothy somewhat as a cover crop on our farm in that I will only keep it for the one cutting in the spring.  The seed is pretty cheap compared to other crops.  Once baled, we no-till soybeans into the stubble and control weeds based on the conventional methods for soybeans.  We double crop this way bc small square timothy/soybeans pencils out a little better than wheat/sm sq straw/soybeans for us.  The soybeans can be planted about 2-3 weeks sooner than our double crop beans in wheat so they bushel out a little better and the shorter stubble seams to help them get established a little quicker and out compete summer weeds better also.  The soybeans in timothy stubble were much cleaner than our wheat stubble.

Also our primary business if vegetables so can't use 2,4-D, etc.  Tomatoes and 2,4-D don't get along.  I plant timothy in areas that aren't in fall vegetables to keep ground cover over the winter and produce some early income before the vegetable season ramps up.  After the timothy is off I could go back in that ground with fall vegetables instead of soybeans so no residuals either.  I've been reading on Prowl H20, but still unsure.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

MGS

Cattle Infertility

Hello all, I’m working on cattle genetics, and was curious what are some of the biggest inconveniences in turning over cattle. Preferably in terms of fertility, and how often do y’all encounter vaginal (not uterine) prolapse.

Garbage

On our farm there is probly close to 200 head That are fed from Ag bags and Wrapped bales . The recycling people currently are not buying this plastic. We need to haul it to the landfill at $68 a ton tipping fee.. We have a landfill nearby and we have a dump trailer we pull behind to pick up. I am wondering if anyone else handles a fair amount of plastic in agriculture And how you do it.

Hay boom loaders

dimanche 2 février 2020

Has anybody on here ever used the boom loaders to load square bales? I am trying to figure out how they made the winch I think from a car rear end and a lever to work the brake there used to be a winch like that on pulpwood trucks around here but I can't remember how it worked. Thinking about making one it would be interesting at a tractor show

Spring pasture management

What do you guys do to get ready for the summer?

I have finally got my have my process down.

I spend a few weeks doing mower maintenance, belts, oils, sharpening a few sets of blades, greasing, plugs etc. Then I mow. Short as possible, manure and all. It can be rough around feed and trough areas. And in the low spots that arent frozen. I try to mow before the first shoots of spring.

I found a fella that had a couple sections of an old rotary hoe rigged up to tow that I bought. I can add weight to the top with cinder blocks. Then I added a section of cyclone fencing about 12' long behind that.

After mowing I rotary hoe/drag the hell out of the pasture. That sure cleans, levels, and drags everything smooth.

I didnt have any cattle last spring and it seemed I was just filling in the ruts from previous yrs cattle. I threw out some seed in those areas around the hay feeders and by July it seemed to green up better. Aside from broom grass I am fairly weed free. I try not to use chemicals since I am basically eating what they eat. I dig thistle up by hand. The spiny amaranth is getting rough around my barn though.

I dont have much equipment for tillers, mulchers and plows, but was wondering what you guys do on a yearly basis for your grass pastures.

Lime..practical advice

I just got the soil tests back and need to add lime, 1 to 2 tons per acre. I have it on order, just waiting for dry ground to have the spreader man come do the job. Do you have any practical advice...do's and don'ts?

It has been at least 10 years since the ground was last limed.

Is the X1100C a good machine to plow snow?

samedi 1 février 2020

We bought an X1100C the first year they came out. Machine is very good for most chores, but half the reason we bought it was to plow snow on our acreage. We had installed a BOSS V plow with hydraulics which cost over $3000. The plow is great, but the Kubota is NOT a good machine for plowing snow.
The problem is the difficulty to shift into reverse after pushing the snow into a bank. If there is a force (snow bank) pushing back on the machine when you stop and try to shift into reverse, the shift lever is very difficult or even impossible to take out of gear and put into reverse.
Kubota has a "hydrostat pressure relief" valve activated by the brake pedal and that helps the situation greatly, but in plowing snow you are constantly shifting back and forth and any impediment to that shifting is a PIA. At times, it is so difficult to get the shift lever out of forward that we have to turn off the engine off to release hydrostatic pressure in order to get the gear shift out of forward. We've had the dealer work on the machine several times to solve the problem and they've made small improvements. We've been plowing snow now for 6 years with this setup but, in our judgement the Kubota is not a good machine to plow snow with because of the difficulty to release torque on the transmission when there is an opposing force on the machine.

My new to me 467 has some pretty good grooves wore into the tension plates and the tension arm. Are these tension plate replaceable and do they weld on? Also would it be okay to fill in the grooves with a welder?

Crazy thought for hay additives

Long time ago, I read a thread here on HT about a hay preservative that allegedly added an "apple flavor" to presumably cover the smell of the hay preservative.

Got me to thinking.

What if, when a liquid hay preservative system WASNT being used, one could add an economical flavor additive to make hay more tasty, or even more nutritious? Like a diluted apple flavoring?

Maybe something like this is already available, I dont know.

I just keep looking back at my Harvest tec mounted on the baler thinking "is there some other use for this"?

In other words, drums of liquid with a taste improver and maybe nutrition booster for horses? Just for the record: I realize the primary goal should be to make palatable hay FIRST, but what about some of the bales that didn’t turn out perfect? Not high moisture or dusty hay, but hay that saw a little rain, then dried properly or grasses horses might not otherwise devour?

OK,,,, flame suit zipped, steel toe shoes with metatarsul protectors tied, chain saw chaps buckled, forestry helmet on with flip down eye protectors and hearing protectors over the ears.

Again, please ignore if this product is already made.
