Accu-bale reads no twine detected

Vermeer Accu-bale monitor is reading "no twine detected" when I manually switch to "twine" .it then auto switches to net wrap.4th year using baler and monitor and have never used net wrap. In the past start up was automatically twine and we bale with twine. 4 bales of twine are in baler.
