hey guys, Im having a problem with my net wrap. Last year i baled hundreds of bales flawlessly. This year i baled 3 bales then the duckbill got stuck in on the fourth. The bill extends in far enough to rub dimpled roller every time. I never could seem to fix this and just finally excepted it. Now it actually goes in far enough that it gets stuck on top of the dimpled roller. It will get stuck to where the actuator doesnt have enough power to retract. You can take a bar and pop it up off roller and then all is well. I looked at everything and didnt seem to see anything bent or broke or out of place. I lubed up the entire system well after scratching my head and then it worked better but not fixed. My question is about the stop thats mounted on the left side. It hasnt moved but is this to actually stop the extend or does the pot stop the actuator? I have a service manual and was going to try to calibrate the pot and see if i can adjust this a bit. I moved the stop one time before and it seemed to give a fault in monitor, I asume this was because i didnt re calibrate pot. Am i on the right track? Do I need to adjust this stop and then recalibrate the pot or what is this procedure? I still dont understand why all of a sudden it gets stuck in with no visible change but stranger things have happened. Famous last words...It worked when i put it away last year. Thanks in advance
