I have a tonutti gt-500 tedder I bought used, my help ran into a tree and bent several arms. We heated and straightened them, now they are breaking off. I am having trouble getting them (I should have started this 4 months ago). Do you guys think I can buy some steel bar stock and make them, or are they spring steel or something special? I might have to try this anyways, to get myself out of a bind till I can find replacements. This has been a great tedder for me, but the parts and service has been a real challenge. This is the first time I have had to work on it, but I'm not impressed. I emailed the info@tonuttiusa a week ago and no response. They do not have a dealer finder on their website, apparently they don't want to sell equipment.
Sorry for the Rant, Thanks for any advice I can get!
