Bale wagon cut side up or down

My 1049 puts the bales cut side down, I had a trucker here once that always stacked his hay cut side up because it stacked better. How are your wagons setup? I could change it very easy by just flipping my 1/4 turn over.
Dad and I had the conversation about the moisture wicking out better with cut side up. Thanks for your input
