I am hoping on some info regarding the following two balers. I cannot find any local info on this Issue. I currently use a Claas 46.
To compare is the Claas Rollant 340 and the Krone Fortima 1250.
Assumptions can be the following: Mostly weeping love grass to be baled and some soya and maize remains.
The dealership markets both balers so service levels are the same for both.
My questions are to experienced persons are :
Which one of the two balers is the most durable with the lowest maintenance and ownership costs ?
Will the Krone pull lighter and give me a saving on fuel and tractor wear and tear as claimed (75kw tractor to be used ) ?
Which baler will make the most(heavy) bales per hour ?
Which baler will tie the bale the fastest ?(Net/Twine)
Any info or input will be appreciated that you can provide even if not asked above.
