I have a Gehl that keeps wrapping hay around the packing roller, and shearing the pin on the drive line. I am making balage, about 50%-60% moisture. The starter fingers linkage seems to operate ok, I have checked and lubed the linkage, and on a good bale, swing up out of the way when the bale starts turning. The issue seems to happen about every 2-3 bales. The TDC closed hydrolic shuttle return system is set at 130 psi. My windrows are small. Mixed grass hay. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
