Hazard lights

I've finally received my Kubota accessories and have a question. I installed the turn signal/hazard lights yesterday. They function correctly, but the hazard button is always illuminated. Is this normal? I thought it would light up when pushed, but didn't think it would always be lite. By the way really enjoying the RTV so far. Wish I had a little more play time though.
