New holland 495

Looking for a mower quick this year, and a 495 nh came available. I am not familiar with them at all, what is the good, bad, and ugly on them? What is the cutting width? This one is advertised at 12', but others I see say 9'. Thing looks like a massive beast for a side pull! Right now my only options are this one, or a JD 1207 in excellent shape. The JD is just a whole lot smaller than I want.
