I havehts a 65 acre field of hay that is thinning out. I was going to rotate to corn but not sure I want to lose that much money next year. I am thinking about thickening it up with fescue or festuolium. Problem is I have a problem in third and fourth cuttings with Fall Panicum. My fertilizer dealer can't find a weed control label for hay. I am willing to go off label but also need to know about any restrictions for feed especially dairy . I was leaning to spraying simazine in spring . Any thougts
