Marketing baleage

Hi all. I'm from western New York. Looking to seed down 200 acres of orchard grass and put some sort of nurse crop with it in the spring to make into baleage or sweet hay. Any recommendations as to what to plant? Also don't have a market for baleage, shoukd I use a broker? If so, can anyone recommend a good honest broker?
