New Holland 1118 good or bad?

Looking at a 1118 New Holland swather at an auction for my father in law. Does about 80 acres twice a year. Would like to go to self propelled machine for ease of use. We used to have a 2450 on my operation and liked them but don't know much about the 1118. Any experience or information would be great! Hope all has a Merry Christmas!!
