Stuck drain plug

Hello again,

 

already got the digital version of the operators manual and I have started to go through the whole baler but now I have two problems:

 

First, the drain plug on the gearbox is stuck. Even tried the pipe+wrench but didnt work. All suggestions welcomed.

 

And second, the feeder fork timing is a little off. The manual states that I have to remove the chain but I already loosened the chain tensioner sprocket and managed to push it all the way up but I still cant get the chain off in order to move the timing. Am I missing something?
