vicon rake went down and i have a bad taste in my mouth

My Vicon Andex 714t evo at a year old cracked the main gear box in the front rotor and has taken over threeweeks to find parts and fix... ya they fixed it but i am headed to a new dealer that has better part service and am looking at a krone swadro 810 for next year. What do you guys think? Vicon is sold as soon as my season is done
