I killed off and drilled smooth brome on a field back in fall of 2014. It takes smooth brome a year before you really get a good stand. Everything has started to green up here and grass is starting to grow. I'm noticing in spots what appears to be cheat or downy brome. Anyone know of a good way to control the cheat/downy with out killing the smooth brome I'm trying to grow.
