Side by side utility vehicles

I'm looking at getting a utility vehicle for around the farm. The main uses will be for checking/making fence, pulling the water wagon out to the pastures, and picking rocks into the box. I've looked around a little and they all have some good points. My neighbor had an older Polaris ranger, seemed nice but the last couple of years it seemed to have enough repairs. Just looking for any advice I can get, good or bad.
