650 new holland baler tying issues again

I've had some help on this earlier this year. What's it's doing again is it'll tie and cut twine then it'll retrip and do it again. Sometimes 4 or 5 times. I think that little roller may be the problem. I've took clutch of and turned it one spline but didn't help much. I'll add couple pictures of it in home position and see if the roller looks like it's in the right spot. The manual says something about adding shims. What and how is this done. Thanks
