teff seed

We are looking for a good variety of teff suitable for growing for flour. So far the seed that come through the system has had pour germination 55% or less. Any information on harvesting would be greatly appreciated. There is a variety of teff here called lovegrass and in my state its considered a noxious weed. Apparently the grain variety is somewhat different yield to the hay variety waldo
