Hay moisture readings

I just cut and square baled my coastal bermuda hay field. I did the twist test like always before raking all seemed a go. As i started baling i stopped and checked moisture readings all bales from start to finish tested 11-14 percent moisture. I put hay in barn and the next day (today) all moisture readings are 20-22 percent. I've never had that happen so I'm a bit worried! What gives?
